Above is just one of the photos taken of Ken during his international modeling career after the war. The above photograph was originally in TRUE magazine in 1946 and taken in Ken's car. The hair line and cow lick tuft of hair in both the August 14th, 1945 photograph taken by Victor Jorgensen on the left above, and the 1946 photograph of Ken McNeel (center) kissing a woman in a modeling shot in his car are identical. The Victor Jorgensen photograph was taken within moments of the Alfred Eisenstaedt photograph (above right) which was published in Life Magazine 13 days later. Notice the hairline in all 3 images above. The cheekbone is unmistakably the same in the photograph taken by Eisenstaedt and the modeling image taken 1 year later. The tuft of hair in the modeling shot of 1946 is identical to that in the Victor Jorgensen photograph that was taken near the same moment as Eisenstaedts famous life magazine photo from only a few feet away. |
